Commission WiP shots - 06/26/22 (Patreon)

I took some unusual decisions with the coloring on these pieces, and I'm happy with how they turned out!

Both in the portrait for the refhseet, and in the illustration, I tried to shade and light the figure and the background in two different way: one with warm colors, and the other with cooler tones. I also attempted to make the figures a lot lighter than they would be in the lighting conditions of the scene. 

I think the result is kinda cute! Even if it's not exactly "technically correct", I feel like it helps to make the characters pop out more, and it gives the whole scene a more lighthearted mood. I'll try to use this technique in the future too! :)
