On Patreon commissions discounts (quick update) (Patreon)

Hi everyone! Just wanted to let everyone who requested a commissions know that your discount has been applied to your price and is now independent from your patron status! So once I reach your place in the queue, you'll be able to pay the discounted price whether you're still a 10$+ or not. 

Just thought I'd specify that! Thank you so much for your support and I'm so excited to work on your commissions :)
