Wandering Blades March Quickstart Update (Patreon)

Hey everyone!

A couple of big updates on the next version of the Wandering Blades quickstart! It's complete and now being edited! The quickstart has nearly doubled in length and has the following additions:

• Weapon updates and additional equipment tables
• The outlaw class
• Sections on optional combat rules, exploration, NPCs/adversaries, and character advancement
• A one-shot adventure primer called The Wolf of Longshan

In my last update, I mentioned that a renown system would be published this month. However, my design partner Drew is currently dealing with some health issues and we decided to pivot his responsibilities to something more manageable for him. For the entire quickstart project, I will now be taking on all writing responsibilities while Drew will continue to function as my design partner. This means that the following have been pushed to the Spring update:

• The renown system
• The physician class
• Expanded equipment tables
• Additional adversary options (a Denizens of Mountains & Seas conversion)

I look forward to sharing it with you folks! Drew will be running a few playtest sessions at Breakout Con here in Toronto, so any feedback we receive from that will be used to make any final changes to the March quickstart release (with a projected release for Champion Patrons on March 19th.
