Added most of 2016 to the archive post (Patreon)

Hello Gents

I think I've found most of the stuff from the end of february 2016 till the end of 2016 and added that to the first archive post I made which you can find here: https://www.patreon.com/posts/23408687

I also added the massage comic and the bleach comic to the post.

I'll try to find the rest of 2016 and probably 2015 next and add that, and maybe some of the older comics!
