Discord (Patreon)

Just a quick update, 

I added discord to this. The main goal is to do some kind of more personal interactions. I have no experience with discord, so if you have some ideas to help or some content ideas, be my guest, leave comment or interact on discord! I'm old school chartroom dinosaur (mIRC, msnMessenger and alike) so if I do some mistake, sorry in advance.
