How do I get a monthly drawing? Is there a requirement or can I propose something with the chance of what I propose to be drawn?

The monthly drawing is part of the Glaze and Kelly Tiers. Each Month a pinned post is made for said tiers where they can comment their idea to be drawn. Glaze tier offering sketches and Kelly Tier being fully colored drawings.

Second image is great, Glaze as a hypno'd catgirl is adorable, and everything else you've got to show...even if it don't quite sit right I'm hoping it'll be enjoyable.
