POTM : The Lord of The Plains wears The King's Ring (Patreon)

The Lord of The Plains is tired of the human's endless wars and demands tribute! Only by wearing the King's ring can he be satisfied. But how will our brethren take to their liege's violation? They do say that you should follow your King's example...

Hey Everyone,

This was an experimentation with acrylic paint. It was going alright until I layered some thick modelling acrylic over it for texture, whereupon it became most unwieldy (you can see my acrylic shame in the third picture). I think I'll tend towards thinner medium next time! Nevertheless, I took the results into Photoshop and created this piece. I kind of liked how the dark/light play came out.

THIS IS NOT THE FINAL PIECE FOR THIS MONTH! I know I've been working to a point later in the month where I make one big submission. I'm already working on another piece which will arrive (very probably) within hours/minutes before next month ticks over (as is tradition).
