HTopia server tweaks (Patreon)

Just a quick update, I've made some tweaks on the server where I'm hosting the game's build so that it never goes to sleep. Previously it was going to sleep after 1 hour of inactivity and anyone who tried to access the game during inactivity would have to wait a little bit longer for the game to load.

So now Patrons should be able to access the game's URL immediately without any interruptions.
