Sketching in a café ❤️🎧☕️ + other content I’m working on :) (Patreon)

Hello hellooo :) 

I hope you’re all having a happy Friday! Right now I’m in a cozy café and I’ve been spending the morning sketching and planning content for you guys 🫶🏻 So here is a sneak-peek of the sketch I’ve been working on! I want to try following the color palette of the reference for this one, which means lots of vibrant red and black 🖤❤️‍🔥 It’s been a loooong time since I’ve painted red hair, in fact I rarely use red at all so we will see how this goes hehe 🫡

I‘ve been a busy bee working on editing the draw with me video for you guys, which will show my painting process for my John Singer Sargent study! I’m very excited to show it to you guys 🥰 in the video I also show you my older classical paintings that I made with oils and acrylics when I was in art school lol back when I was an angsty moody student searching for the meaning of life with my brush 😤🤌🏼 so stay tuned for that!!

I’m also planning for a new step-by-step tutorial for you guys and I think I want it to cover the topic of creating an “under-painting“ and how this can create some interesting color variation in a painting — it’s a technique I use in the draw with me video, but I think I’ll explain more about it in a step-by-step tutorial for further tips :)

This post is getting long LOL but one more thing! I’ll be posting a tutorial suggestions post later today so you guys can comment your suggestions for this month’s tutorial video, so keep an eye out for that as well!
