Early Look: Raya Sketches ✏️🐉 + what I’m working on this week!✨ (Patreon)

Happy Monday everyone!! I hope your weekend was a restful one :)

Over the weekend I spent some time working on sketching Raya, since she won the vote in our last poll! 📮 I’ve been having so much fun sketching her because I got the Art Book of Raya and the Last Dragon for Christmas, so I’ve been flipping through the pages and feeling so inspired! 😍

The book has lots of beautiful character sheet spreads that depict her personality & design, and I wanted to sketch something that explored her design in a similar way 🥰

I’ve been screen-recording the full sketching process for a real-time process video, and I’ll be posting that for you guys this week!! 🧡 So stay tuned for the video if you’d like to see the whole sketching process at a comfy slow pace ✨

This week I’m also focusing on filming a new studio vlog for you guys 🧡 I’m excited because I’ll be going to an art exhibit this Friday with my sister to see one of my favorite artist’s work, Alphonse Mucha! 😍 I’ll be taking my camera with me to film the experience for the vlog ✨

Ok that’s a lot of writing!! 🙈 Now I’m going to get back to work :) I hope you’re all having a lovely cozy day 🥰
