Hey everyone, here is my Test V12 Public Release for #TU9!

As always, please make sure you read all of the .txt to ensure it's installed properly.

Please note that as Paul removed textures from FMT for FMM, you won't see the splash screen anymore, but you'll know if the mod is working when you play!
