plushie notes! (Patreon)

hihi patrons! 

here's a look at some of the plushie notes i've been working on this past month! i actually submitted these to my manu a while ago, but thought i'd share them here so you can get an understanding of the plushie-making process. notes always take me forever (around a half/whole day of work) because i'm trying to figure out a good way to break down and explain what i want to the manus in a clear and visual way. i feel like the dumbii one makes a lot more sense visually. maybe because it was my second time putting the notes together so things finally clicked? anyway, hopefully my manus will understand what i'm going for - i always try including specific reference examples so they can understand the type of construction i'm going for (ex: plush leaf -> example w atinyplant plush's leaf w embroidery!, caramel flan line -> similar look with pancake plush, two diff color fabrics are sewn together on same plane). 

i hope this gives you a good sense of what the plushie-making process is like! we go through a lot of revisions every round to get things slowly looking "perfect" or just right. things have been especially slow w my plush manu this time around - the dumbii plush took two months for me to get the first sample! but i'm hoping to have another update with the second round of samples soon :'3
