Removing the Raven’s Flock tier (Patreon)

Just making good on my proclamation of removing the raven’s flock tier as I just cannot justify having it and having the small benefit differences between it and rubberist.

I really hope that everyone in Raven’s Flock tier previously decided to come back shiny as a rubberist! ;)
