Dread (Patreon)

Hi everyone! It's been a long time since I last updated, so thank you SO SO much for sticking with me. I'm slowly starting to get back to my drawing desk, and as a warm up I finished this patron reward headshot sketch for Dread the Fox. :)

Dread requested a snarly expression, and it was perfect for letting out some steam! The current world situation has been really weighing on me as I have friends on both sides and I've been constantly worrying about them. I also worry about my Russian friends here in Finland who have to face negative comments almost daily now. None of my friends want this war, no matter which side of the border they're from. I'm also a Russian teacher, and during my studies I lived in Russia during the first conflict in 2014,  so the situation hits me harder than my colleagues. I've even started crying in the middle of class. :') Luckily my students have been very understanding, and I believe in their ability to build a world of peace and tolerance in the coming years <3
