Finally, it's here, the three fake concept art for Vermintide, with a Skink hero and his three Classes.

Ty'konehpaxha  (Pun on the phrase "Tu ne connais pas que ça" in French, which roughly  mean "You don't only know that") or Ty'ko, because i thought that was  cute while still being quite accurate for a Lizardmen name (Aka, a pun).

I  wanted to do that mostly for the fun of it, try stuff, and also because  i always thought a Skink would be fun in that game. Mostly because your  choice of Heroes are either Humans, Short humans, or Humans with pointy  ears. (Aka, Humans, Dwarf, or Elf)
Having a Skink in the Empire  territory would be a bit of a stretch but not totally impossible, even  more with magic involved. So, one can dream. I guess.
