This is another game that I started back in 2017.

I worked a lot on this game before I stopped.

Masters of the Universe (He-Man) is one of my favourite toys of all time.

Which means I'm a sucker for that Sword, Sorcery and Lasers setting. It's a kind of fantasy setting where almost anything can happen... aliens, mutants, different species, wizards, monsters...

I have worked several times on different concepts for this (maybe one day I will list them all).

In this case the story revolves around Gary™, a "Stable Master's Tertiary Henchman" that works for the Evil Overlord Ravageor™.

This basically means our hero spends most of his time keeping clean the stables by shovelling manure of fantastical beasts.

That is another thing I am a sucker for, having the main character start really low in life.

At the start of the game Gary is told that he has a meeting with Inhuman Resources in five hours, where you will have a Performance Assessment.

Knowing that this usually means you will be terminated (literally) Gary decides that his best course of action is to try and improve his standing within the staff to somehow survive the meeting.

He does this by ditching his actual job and visiting different parts of Grim Castle to try and climb the work ladder.

I worked a lot on this game.

The characters had several iterations.

These are the first sketches of Gary and Ravageor.
The idea was for every character to have that demon emblem. (Anyone familiar with Hordak from She-Ra might notice some resemblance to the Horde logo).

These are  more sketches, where I tried to decide on the right body type and style for the characters.

Gary™ Stable Master's Tertiary Henchman

This is the first Gary. I was pretty much set on the clothing.

I like the idea of using purples and pinks and having Gary be a redhead.

This is the next version of the character.

I added some half-tones effects on top of the character to give him a more "comic" look, as well as making the look more stylised.

In the end I decided to clean his look a bit, and add this sort of pencil effect in some parts of his coloring.

Ravageor™ the Evil Overlord

With Ravageor, I wanted him to look evil. I felt blue skin and horns were a good combination, and decided to give him black armor.
I ditched the cape from the original sketches and put some bone details on the collar.

For the revised version I ditched the solid armor for a harness, because I wanted to be able to show more body. I also made the colors brighter.

I also added a furry loincloth, because it felt more aligned to the setting and ditched the armbands but gave him some sort of bone-spikes.

Ravageor is meant to be the big bad guy, ruthless and evil. Probably cackles anytime he says something evil too.

I fucked up a lot on the writing of this game (there is a reason why it was never public).
Getting a good ending with Ravageor (or any sex scene) was devilishly hard, since the character would kill you if you annoyed him at all.

I have more stuff about this game, so I will continue talking about it later.

I really appreciate your feedback on what I do and post here.

Hugs!

Looks fun (and sexy), reminds me a little of the Baranor story you started awhile ago. I dunno how the game play was planned, but in classic cartoonish style, I could see "termination" scenes be the boss sending you off with a minion only to escape (maybe with minion sexy times).

It does have the same inspiration as Baranor had. It was a regular visual novel. And the termination scenes were, just a game over screen mentioning how the character died. What I had done was very unforgiving and hard to get a sexy time. At some point I felt I had to rewrite it all from scratch.

That would have been surely an awesome game, but gladly you brought it out from the Vault at least ^^
