Switching to subscription billing and general updates (Patreon)

Hello! When I relaunched my patreon in May I'd announced on twitter that members that were still subbed from previous months would not be charged for May and June (new members would be charged initially but not rebilled in those months).

I think it's a good time to switch from the 1st of the month being the new billing cycle to subscription billing. So, from July onwards you will be rebilled on whatever date of the month you initially subbed on. As I've done previously, new subs will be charged up front since I don't delete content. I see it as a 'library access fee'. If anyone has any questions/comments/concerns, feel free to comment on this post or dm me! As always, I'm very very appreciative of the support I get here. And lastly, general update on how/what I'd like to create in this space. The sketch sheets I post (usually 2 characters with a handful of poses on one page) typically take me 2 days work to map/sketch/line (16ish hours), and another 2-4 to color/light, depending on how detailed I want to get and how many individual sketches I put on the sheet. One of those and the 2 commission tiers is about my capacity currently, I'm not big enough to be doing art full time (yet!). In the event I do not sell out the commission tiers, or I have some extra time because I'm waiting for the patrons approval for edits, there are a couple longer form projects I'm currently in the baby steps of. I'll briefly go over them;

1. POP- A comic pitch I'm working on with a friend that is mostly about Superheroes BUT takes a more slice of life/character driven approach. Think What We Do In The Shadows, but with a focus on supes instead of vamps.

2. Forbidden Cat Girls zine- A bunch of pin-up illustrations featuring ladies in costumes based on animals that are cute but are typically not well behaved pets. Possums, racoons, skunks, foxes etc. I have a lot of ideas for merch with these as well, it would be something I'd like to eventually use kickstarter to help launch physical copies, merch and fund inclusion from other artists doing their approach to this theme.

3. Untitled TTG project- My partner is working on a TTG that I'll be doing some amount of art for. Early stages of world building and I don't want to say toooo much here, he'll phrase things much better than I will so I'd rather wait to share details he's published. Generally speaking it will be a fantasy setting with different factions and playable characters.

So all 3 of these are on my back burner and I'll float in and out of all of them and share as much as I can here. Since I'm not profiting directly from any of those projects (yet), the effort I put in will likely be very feelings based. So whichever I feel the most inspired to do at the time, since my return on these is all about fun currently. Feedback is incredibly helpful though, it really motivates me! So feel free to comment/dm/engage in whatever way you'd like for the projects you'd prefer to see more of.

In conclusion; I will continue to do a nsfw sketch page a month, (I'll continue to poll for the subjects) and additional work I post will either be commissioned work OR work from one of those 3 longer format projects. Thanks for reading!
