That's a pun based on Russian swear word "хуй"("dick" or "the male genital organ") but when you say "охуенный" it means "fucking amazing" and that word isn't offensive (but it's still gutter language). Just a little bit of basics of the Russian swears hehe ᕕ( ᐛ )ᕗ
