I've been goofing around with making a vtuber model with live2d cubism. It's proven to be an interesting challenge. It's a pretty straight forward process for anyone with digital art experience, but still has plenty of things I've had to figure out.
Such as, I need to make sure my lineart is merged with the layer I'm trying to put a mesh on to avoid issues when distorting the model.
I've attempted making a portrait view 2d model, but my goat just looked goofy. XD
BUT, it did prove useful in figuring a few things out.
The eyes still seem to be an issue tho. I might have to do manual editing of the eyes to get it to look better when blinking. Because it ends up looking realllllly janky when I follow what other people have done.... and as of typing this I think I might have an idea on what I can do to fix it.. I'll have to test it out later.
