$10 tier has changed. Rule 34 has been removed and instead the YCH/'Free' Art will be taking it's place as something that occurs all the time.

Starting out I'm going to have it set to every 2 months I'll do some 'free' art/YCH for a $10 supporter. But if things go smoothly I'll bump that down to once every month. :)
