House Situation (Patreon)

Things have been picking up more and more for selling this house and getting a new one. Currently waiting on the buyers appraisers to have a look at the house & we're also looking at some houses to buy. This week/weekend I'll be away from the house looking at some homes figuring out what would be a good buy. 

We sorta already have one we want.. but the seller is kinda weary of selling it to us because we don't have a firm date on when we can pay them. We need the money from this house to buy a new one, so it has to sell first. Which we should know by the end of this week hopefully when we are closing.
