We have a buyer! (house) (Patreon)

I've posted about it a few times that I've been trying to sell my house, well seems like we have a buyer now! So hopefully everything goes through and this house gets sold and I'll be out of here in 30-35 days. Which means over the next 30-35 days I'll probably be out looking for a house at some point. (as well as other house selling garbage you gotta deal with).
