Testing her abilities was pretty simple, I used Terra and Aero catalyst in junction to create targets for her which she used her power of destruction on. Starting from simple boulders to making moving targets to flying ones.

This exercise allowed me to get a good glimpse of the power of destruction and by god it's fucking scary.

I have a sensory over what I am controlling thanks to mana interfacing so I can tell what's happening to it, I can usually get a pretty good idea of whatever happens to whatever I control. And I can certainly tell you, the power of destruction really destroys.

Like really, when the power of destruction hit my wall I felt what happened to it. The wall didn't shatter or break, hell it didn't break it down. It annihilated the wall, to at least a subatomic level to the extent it felt like my connection was there then it wasn't, it even destroyed my mana interfacing.

It gives me some ideas...

The scariness of her ability aside however I was pretty much spot on with Rias.

"Alright Rias, I think I have a good idea of how you can improve with your power of destruction, beyond the obvious of increasing its power. And I know what you are sorely lacking in as well." Rias raised a challenging eyebrow at that, she had pride in her power after all.

Rias tilted her head cutely, something I noticed she does when she is confused.

"Control?"

"Yep, control. You are too loose with your power, you just aim and shoot without much further thought. And while that is basically what an ability like the power of destruction is made for there is massive room for improvement. Here, let me give you an example." Using Dominator's Touch I willed some water from the lake to drift toward me in two globs of water without around equal volume.

I held globe number one.

"You used basically the same thing for every obstacle, just a simple wave of ball of destruction. Picture these two balls as powers of destruction all right?" Rias nodded, focused on my explanation.

I aimed the water ball toward a stone wall I already created and fired it with an exact amount of mana. Punching a large hole into the wall.

"It did a good amount of damage, right? But what if you needed to get rid of the top half of the wall? You would need a much bigger ball of water but you could still do it. And that's what you did, you poured in more POD into it whether it is releasing it in a wave to get rid of multiple targets or targets that are too small. But now, look at what I can do with the same amount of water and mana."

With Kelvin Catalyst I touched the water, using the exact same mana to funnel the water, putting more pressure into it while shaping it better before launching it.

"So we will be working on my control over my power of destruction then right? Her favourite was the Destruction Barrier, since it was obviously a rip-off of the Android Barrier from Dragon Ball. But it was genius, emitting POD constantly at a steady pace around herself she could make a very effective barrier that made approaching her a horrible and painful idea. But it was way too cost-efficient.

But after working for hours she laid down, completely she took off her tracksuit long ago, very well aware of it taking Takumi's attention to it considering his shameless stare. She liked his gaze on her body after all.
