New Patreon Tier badges! (Patreon)

I created a little OC, Spud chan who will be the mascot of my patreon! I will flesh her out more and do some art of her in the future! So look forward to that.

I readjusted the Patreon tiers. So lower tiers shouldn't have to pay sales tax for general support,  though the $1 tier has gotten changed to a more tip-jar role and a $2 tier has been added with the ability to vote. Hopefully if you are a $1 currently, you will consider upping your pledge a buck if you enjoy voting on the polls, if not no worries, I understand! :D
