This was a very experimental piece. I dont wanna get too confusing for the non-artists among you, but in short, USUALLY, I sketch, then do clean lines  and then color that. This time, I continued to refine the sketch as a painting without any lineart. It was a very difficult process for me honestly and I’m not sure if I did this right or not. I usually don’t just paint lol
