I really enjoy working on emotionally-charged commission ideas like this, where I can really push things like body language, facial expressions, lighting, symbolism, etc. I'm really happy with how the body language turned out here in particular, between him retching himself away from the photo, yet pushing his phone into his chest; curling his body into a fetal position of sorts for comfort while clawing at his head as if to rip the thoughts out of his mind, and even the lack of clothing to make him feel more vulnerable.
