She was one of the characters who was in the Bardock movie as one of his soldiers? Barely remember her from it, but I think I will remember her after seeing this piece! Damn!

Prior to Super, she was the only female Saiyan we ever saw iirc. That made her special and stick out to me. Even as a yung bunk I knew I liked bad girls. (●'◡'●) So when @azu573 requested her, I just got an itch to draw her. Ended up spending more time on it than expected...-because it's me.
