Pan Dulce Platter WIP (Patreon)

hey y'all, it's been a minute since my last update on here. I'm still chipping away at Red Muscle ch3 and only have a few pages left before it's all done, but I haven't had much time to work on much else.

Mariel and I just sold at another convention a few weeks ago and I've been stewing on some new ideas for merch to make and I had this concept pop into my head of a cute girlie holding a tray and tongs and you would put pan dulce stickers all over the tray to customize it with your favorite breads. Some friends suggested that I turn this into a magnet so that's the plan! The colored image you see above is the final art for the magnet that would go on your fridge maybe, and then the pan dulce is going to be a sticker sheet that I'll sell together as one bundle, but I can also sell the sticker sheets on their own as an additional product just for people that want it.

I've been messing with half tone textures trying to think of ways to change up how I do comics, so this was also an experiment with using tones for texture while still doing something pretty graphic. I'll have to keep messing with it but for now, I do like how the final image came out.

There are so many things I want to be working on and it feels like I'm really congested (Red Muscle, Bumpers, merch, my visdev projects, making youtube vids, working on music, learning to code...), but I think for the rest of the year I'm going to be guns blazing on Red Muscle to get ahead because this spring I'm going to be finishing up some school stuff so I might not get much time to draw at all! Maybe you'll see me pop out some random things here and there in between to keep myself from burning out but that will be my main focus I think.

I know things around here are less interesting than they used to be back when I was deep into drawing Weekend With Yuka, but thank you all for sticking around in one of my low points. I'm trying to expand my creativity and do more with the skills I've spent so many years developing in hopes to make this a sustainable career somehow and thank you for supporting me on here. I want to make it worth everyone's while and make this patreon more engaging if that's something you guys want, just let me know how you feel about what you'd like to see more of. I'll post ch3 when it's done and I'll see you guys soon!
