The Red Muscle Chapter 2, redrawn (just a preview!) (Patreon)

So as I said last month, I've been redrawing Red Muscle chapter 2 to get it printed and I'm hoping to have ready for Anime Expo this year. Progress has been a bit slow but still churning along well enough! Here's the first few pages to show off how I'm trying to fix some of my characterization to set up actual new chapters that I've been writing. I also threw in the old cover and pages so you can compare them. This is something I'd normally keep for the $5 tier of patrons but since it's a comic that's been out already it makes more sense to let everyone have access to the preview.

Hopefully the improvements to my panel compositions and framing is noticeable, and I'm trying to adjust my colors after seeing the results of the first chapter in print. The new cover is a pretty big change from the original, but I wanted to keep it in line with trying to have them all be more involved metaphorical illustrations of what the chapter's about to make it more interesting. I think the original cover is one of the stronger ones of my old compositions (since most of them are terrible lmao) but I think the change is worth it.

That's all I have for now! I've got some sketches for prints I want to do but they really won't get worked on much until this comic is done. To people that ordered Weekend With Yuka, I got my proof copy in and I'm just waiting on the full order to get produced and shipped, hopefully it will be in your hands by May.
