Drawing roundup + Intro to Zelda Season (Patreon)

Hey everyone! I've accumulated a good chunk of drawings since my last post. I'll start off by saying I've been really thinkin a lot about Zelda stuff so I want to spend fall drawing zelda fanart and doodles (maybe some nsfw too)!

Let me get the Samus drawing out of the way first, I was watching a playthrough of super metroid which got me in a samus mood and i drew her in her classic chonies to draw something that wasn't just the zero suit like everyone does nowadays. zero suit is good but sometimes you gotta rock some old looks!

I've got 2 zelda sketches that I want to paint and make look nice so far but there will be more to come soon. The first is an idea that got me in the zelda mood in the first place, I was thinking about how the zelda mangas expand story moments into more fleshed out scenes (link getting his ear pierced by impa is an example that i like). I wanted to show Zelda's transformation into Sheik to be less of a magical one and more tangible, making the decision to cut her hair and assume the role when Impa disappears upon Link's reawakening. I have an idea for her reveal as Zelda when Link returns to the temple of time too, but I haven't drawn that one yet. This next pic was inspired both by a drawing someone did of Midna, Zelda, and Link and their height differences as well as a big swath of Zelda classical masters painting parodies. I thought the image of Midna and Link as Madonna and Child was funny and I haven't seen it yet so I thought I could try it myself. I'm gonna try to paint that one with no lines so I'm hoping I can execute it well.

After the random drawing a naked girl curled up I've got some Red Muscle things. I had been toying with the idea for a while but I finally went and designed Scarlet's family and doing so introduced the idea of Scarlet having a younger sister named Jasmin, 19 years old and working at a department store stocking shelves. Scarlet's parents are still passionately in love and are always cracking jokes about having a lot of time to make love since both of their kids have moved out. Both are jokesters but have a deep love of their family and are very welcoming of Edgar when Scarlet brings him over for dinner (which we will get to in a few chapters). I have some designs for posters and DVD covers that I needed for chapter 8, so theres a Lovely Baby poster and 2 random anime DVDs that Edgar had in his room. Scarlet borrows the set of Ogre Princess Gaia and this character will make another appearance in a chapter or two when Scarlet goes to Camille's house for a sleepover. Also I just have a booty pic of Lovely Baby in her office clothes in her secret identity, still unnamed.

Last is my progress on this summer picture which did not get finished by the end of summer lol, but I'm pretty happy with the color palette! I'm trying to evoke that feeling of a hot day that's hitting its golden hour as the sun is starting to go down. I still have a few things to add color to then I can start shading everything, as well as designing the food that's in the banners.
