I couldn't not draw this fatty, took me a bit to finish it though.

Character is Lilique Kadoka Lipati from Mobile Suit Gundam the Witch from Mercury. Questionable pacing of season 2 aside, it was an enjoyable show, and the ending was satisfying at least.
