Bio: The current leader and founder of F.O.E. (Forces of Evil) Her real name is unknown. Her background is also a mystery to everyone who works for her. Her goal is world domination!

Powers: Phantom Shadow. Her ability to manipulate darkness and shadows around her. She can also use them create voids that can swallow up objects and people whole.

Personality: Mysterious, Menacing, Stoic

Hot Stuff
Bio: A mad scientist with an unhealthy obsession for HEAT! Her experiments were so moral dubious, she rejected by every scientific research facility in the world. Desperate for funding, she joined F.O.E. Her once calm, calculating nature has since then twisted to something far more sinister.

Powers: Although human, her intelligence rises above most. And is often equipped with her own self made weapons that heat or fire based.

Personality: Crazy, Unbalanced, Impulsive

Abyss
Bio: Born in the far depths of the ocean void, Abyss set to the surface to conquer the dry lands. But her plans were often foiled by heroes. Instead of retreating after a humiliating defeat, she was recruited by F.O.E. because of her immense strength and prowess.

Powers: Superhuman strength and the ability to hypnotize males into submission.

Personality: Brass, Impatient, Overly confident, Arrogant

Killstar
Bio: The silent ex-mercenary and now the most skilled assassin in the world. Not much of talker and primarily keeps to herself. She's in charge of training the henchmen of F.O.E., but because of their bumbling nature, her task has been difficult.

Powers: Skilled in combat, weapons expert,

Personality: Quiet, Calm, Calculating

Seraphina D'Cult
Bio: A witch who's practices the dark arts of necromancy. She raises fallen Henchmen to do her bidding. Despite being a mistress of the dark arts, she carries herself with grace and elegance.
