Hey everyone!

A lot has happened here at the mocap studio this month - enough that I’d thought this message should be sent to keep you all in the loop!  Some exciting stuff!

First - we will be releasing a collaborative scene with Cuddle Mocap this month! It’s going to be TOP NOTCH!  I don’t think I’ve ever worked so hard on a scene before - this one is almost 7 minutes long, features 2 girls and a guy!   I swear I must have fine tuned every frame in my mocap for optimal realism - this is one scene you won’t want to miss!

Next - this is a bit of workflow news - all future mocaps will be released in Timeline format,  why you ask?  Because in preparation for this collab scene - I really pushed myself to get a solution to bring the finger animations into timeline so that I could clean up any stray hand poses - and the short version of this story is that between me and ChatGPT - I developed a method to port over all hand animations to Timeline!  This, combined with Acid Bubble’s lates timeline release is perfect timing because his latest release drastically reduces the size of the scene file due to better ways of storing the information.

Last - about the collab scene - we expect to have it released sometime next week - and will likely be releasing some teaser images just before release.  Cuddle Mocap and I have been in touch nearly every day this month exchanging ideas and fixing problems.  Really a lot of effort is going into this scene!
