January Poll Winner (Patreon)

The poll last month was tied and normally I'd like to do a follow up poll to decide it but there was only 1 person who didn't vote for either of the tie. It didn't seem fair to give the entire decision to 1 person, so I used an online wheel to randomly pick a winner.
