Tier Update - Still Suggestions, etc. (Patreon)

Hello, supporters and non-supporters!

I'm going to be adding a new reward to all three tiers: Monthly (hopefully, sometimes multiple times a month) still suggestions will now be in effect. 

How does it work? Basically, comment your suggestions for a still image/piece, and I'll pick the ones I like and I'll do them. No price changes to tiers.
