Poison Pit Chapter 2 (Patreon)

So this is the second chapter of this story and probably the one I have the least confidence in. I wanted to have Effort Boy go up against one of Ivy's minions before fighting the big boss herself, but it wasn't something I could really develop properly as much as I wanted to. Stilllll, the fun here was in writing the various teases and sex positions, I'm glad I got to experiment there.
