the reason is that all the characters in the game have personalities... if they see a slut, they'll treat you... well... like a slut. When I create characters, I create people. With their tastes, desires, cravings, and unique reactions. 

That completely changes the whole story. Now, your choices really matter. And there are no "right" and no "bad" choices. So if you act shy and deny your cravings, Amber will want to feminise and corrupt you... But if only you show her what a slut you really are, she will make sure not to let you do what you crave to do... And instead of making sure you are wearing your panties, she will deny you... she will degrade and humiliate you for craving it... And it's just a glimpse at one character's reaction...
