Quirk: Attribute Shift

Koukichi can create a temporary link between himself and up to two people for five minutes at a time by making physical and eye contact!  During this five minute period, Koukichi is able to burn stamina in exchange for altering, creating, or modifying physical attributes on the targeted individual!  Once those five minutes are up the link is broken, but the changes are permanent!
