The appetite stimulant chip was only supposed to stay in for a few weeks or months, originally.  She just wanted to to pig out and bolster her frame so David would start paying attention to her more.  She'd pig out, get a little chubby, make that ass real fat on the cheap, and then she'd pop it out and be on her way!

Problem is, when life gets hectic, you kind of forget these things.  One might ask how Rebecca managed to forget about the stimulant implant when she was constantly affected by it, but to be totally honest she just started to tune it out.  Just like old aches and pains, once you get used to it, it might as well be background noise.

So, even after David's attention drifted solely to her, she kept eating.  Gorging herself with increasingly fattening, filling foods despite the creaking of both her belly and her shrinking wardrobe.

Even after her weight had more than tripled, she just kept on chugging.  The more she ate, the bigger her belly and appetite got, the more the implant enhanced her ravenous hunger.  A vicious cycle she was too busy guzzling down heavy cream and unhealthy binges to pick up on.

Her gut spilled against the floor, but she just kept eating.  It didn't help that David was way, way too into this for his or her own good, and at some point Rebecca found herself not only capturing his attention but gaining his aid in growing larger faster.

Enhanced organs meant she hardly even noticed when she was swimming in a sea of her own fat, the only hindrance to her life being that she couldn't get anywhere without being hoisted onto a mobility platform or donning some sort of exosuit (if you could even fit one to those flabby rolls).

But, really, it wasn't so bad being this big!  Besides, she was pretty sure the slot they'd need to pull the chip out of was so buried in her neck rolls and so deep thanks to her flab that it would never budge...
