Hinona's Vanity (Patreon)

High-ranking time patrollers will often be granted use of one of a few sets of lower-powered Dragon Balls kept within the expanse of Conton.  Some use it to regain their youth, others use it to aid in mastery of once-unattainable techniques...  and Hinona, apparently, wanted to amp up her bust a little.

Having already been somewhat busty, though, the dragon may have...  overcompensated a little.
