TIER ADJUSTMENTS Tabby Smol, Tabby Blob (Patreon)

So, over on Twitter, I ran a poll to find out if people would be interested in joining my patreon if the prices were lowered. General consensus seemed to be yes, so I'm going to hopefully be slowly rolling this out.

It's made a bit difficult because I can't change tier prices for tiers that Patrons were on, which is fair but frustrating, so I'm going to have to roll out the change over time.

For now, I've altered the Tabby Smol tier to now include all the benefits of the Tabby Blob tier.  Any patrons on the Tabby Blob tier are advised to move to the Tabby Smol tier, which is half the price for all of the same benefits.  Then, I'll likely remove the Tabby Blob tier and rename the Smol tier.

I appreciate you guys' cooperation on this, and in the long run this is meant to extend to Beeg Tabby, Tabby Ultimate, and Tabby galactic,

Beeg Tabby is to become $15
Tabby Ultimate is to become $20
Tabby Galactic is to become $50

Keep an eye out for a post announcing the changes to those tiers.
