An important announcement about the future (Patreon)

Hello, I hope everyone is well, and that the new year 2022 is better for you than previous years.

These years have not been easy for me, COVID, family problems, complicated situations in my country, etc.

As you know, I started the year with a health problem that fortunately was fixed little by little in January. But, you will realize that the activity on Patreon and on social networks was no longer the same, it is much less. This was mainly because I was working on larger animations to improve subscription quality, but several factors have prevented this plan from moving forward:

1- The big animations were too big for what I planned. The work of these exceeded my expectations and has made progress slower.

2- The taxes of my country changed the way they work, having to pay more, and not being able to deduct some things that I could before.

3- Paypal, several changes that seem tiny to some but that hit here hard, worse currency exchange, increased the percentage they take, and now payments take longer to process, etc.

4- All this has led to having to do other things outside of the KevoGlum account, in order to maintain my income as before, which has taken up even more time.

And of course, I have made several mistakes throughout being here, I have left the price of my work inferior compared to the effort and time that I require for each one. I have accepted requests that take more time than I have, etc.

Finally, all of this leads to a difficult decision to make, since currently it is no longer profitable to continue having Patreon and this counts as my full-time job.

I have to make a decision in a colder and more drastic way for the future of the Patreon. I don't know if I'm going to close it, change the way I manage it, upload a project or commission that comes up from time to time, etc.

So, for the month of May Patreon will be paused, that means that nothing will be charged that month, I need to think about what option to take, and what is better for my future.

What will I be doing in the month of May?

1- Think about the future of Patreon, and make a decision about it.

2- Focusing on a personal project that is far from this account and the nsfw, it goes quite well. If it ends up being successful, it could become my full time job, and with that, keeping this nsfw account as a hobby.

3- Keep working on finishing drawings and some pending loop animations, I hire them by posting them on my discord and social networks for free.
