Here's a very obscure tidbit I learned recently. In real life, Oda has a rivalry with Sanji's voice actor, Hiroaki Hirata. Not competitive, but very similar to Zoro and Sanji where they insult each other like siblings. And while Oda loves Sanji's character very much (and is a well-known pervert himself), he allegedly humiliates him out of playful spite. Zoro is the fans' favorite and Oda likes to troll. But Sanji is my favorite. Oda knows how to blow us away when he wants to, and this is not the end of the story.
