Now you see why it's the most unique One Piece film. Total left turn. This same art style also happens in the anime from time to time, but only because different people animate different scenes, but I'm not a big fan of this one. Likewise, the showrunner switches every couple hundred episodes or so, and every episode has its own director (at least currently where it is today). Combined with budget allocation, this results in sequential scenes and episodes having drastically different styles and levels of quality, but the vast majority is consistent and improves gradually over the years. It won't be obvious for a long time. Also, you're probably right to assume Daisy used Mantra. Even if the film's not canon, I suggest you keep a pin in that.
