--Today was my birthday, what a perfect milestone now that you've finished the first 3 sagas, what I personally called the "Bronze Age" of One Piece. After this is where HD and 16:9 originally replaced the old aspect ratios, and I also call it the "Silver Age" due to the story itself. --The snake maybe wasn't as useless as you think if you learn (speculation) that it's probably a foreshadow referencing the snakes from Egyptian and Norse mythology, Apophis and Jörmungandr, who also swallowed heroes. But most fans either love that she (Nola) was named after Noland, or hate the pacing of the arc because of it. --Oda could have simply made the One Piece be in the sky and ended the story here, it's the perfect hiding place if one didn't happen to know how many episodes were left... Regardless, Robin said the writing must be brought together all in ONE PIECE, and Roger signed it. I think the One Piece will be something super obvious, though I won't spoil it after it's actually confirmed. But wordplay is intentional in this story. It would be insane if the bell was the One Piece all along...

Great insight as always. Happy birthday as well! That snake fact is very interesting and clever - it does not make me like the snake any more since I also don't like mythology outside of, like, the game Hades, hahaha.
