Congratulations, you reached the next milestone! The end of East Blue marked Chapter 100: The Legend Has Begun Punching Crocodile marked Chapter 200: Water Luffy Oh and YouTube is maybe going to make jokes and/or accusations when they get this. No context but let's just say something you said was the funniest coincidence with something you shouldn't have known regarding a theory (a meme one). If they don't spoil you, you'll get to learn it eventually, but at least one person will mention it if it makes past editing. Every reactor I know says something that sounds like a spoiler eventually, with a show this long, it's just statistically likely.

The water was Luffy's idea. If you're talking general intellect, Luffy's a dumbass. But when it comes to battle smarts, he's actually pretty up there. Some of his on-the-fly decisions are genius despite how dumb they can look.

Yeah I guess if we had to define it, it'd be he's got an incredible INSTINCT. Similar to if an NBA player is dumb, but has a high Basketball IQ (BBIQ). That makes a lot of sense to me.
