I think you usually want to be surprised by new openings, but the next one has a notorious spoiler, so to be extra safe be aware ep 116 is when op 3 begins, assuming you haven't recorded that far just yet. I can't remember if you completely avoid the opening visuals already or if you casually watch them, but this is a unique case. If you DO want to watch it without spoiling, you can after seeing ep 130.

Thank you, yeah a lot of people warn me about this one. Normally when people say to avoid OPs I don't bother, because the spoiler isn't generally that bad for me and I enjoy the process of watching the OPs enough to offset the spoiler. But SO many people have mentioned this one specifically, so I think I will be avoiding watching the visuals of this one.
