Your memory's not failing you, this is the first you've heard of both Roger's real name and The Will of D. It's always exciting when an arc ends, because the transitional episodes are when this show does the bulk of its lore-dumping and worldbuilding.

Neat thing about Mr. 2, the reason he doesn't have a partner is because, being a drag queen, he assumes both the male and female aspects of his rank, which is reflected in his code name: "Mr. 2, Bon Kurei." Mr. 2 being the number system the men use, and "Bon Kurei" being a Japanese holiday festival.
