You're almost at the end of the prologue of One Piece which ends in episode 53! There's a chunk of filler after that, and it's not very good filler. It conflicts in several ways with canon material later and it's not very interesting imo. Because of the way the anime decided to mix it with the canon material, there is some important canon information about the geography of the world within the first few minutes of episode 55 (from after the intro music up until around 7m30s in). After that, the filler ends at the commercial break in episode 61. I would reccomend watching just the first few minutes of episode 55 and the last half of episode 61 and skipping the rest. If you do decide to watch it, I think most fans would prefer if you just watched it on your own, I doubt reactions to it would do very well on YT.
