--The 4 filler in question are indeed Strong World promos. They're not needed for it but this does mark the release of the film, so you can technically watch Strong World (Netflix) now, which would be perfectly fine. However, you can also choose to wait until the end of the arc, or even the end of the saga if you decide not to break the flow. Strong World is the only film written by Oda. It is best to watch the "Episode 0" OVA (aka "Strong World Episode 0") right after the film, ("Ep 0" is canon, straight from an Oda chapter), but as it released months later and has a minor context-free spoilery element, it can wait until later if you just watch the Film now. But watching both right now is ok, it won't hurt at all. However, Episode Zero is not officially available. It was originally distributed in Japan in 2010 with only 3000 copies given to winners! Then it was on the One Piece YouTube channel last year for a few months to celebrate Film Red, but it is gone. You can find it how you found Dead End, etc.

Also there's no rush but the next 2 Cover stories on the playlist I made ("Where are They Now" & "CP9") won't mesh with the story's chronology 90 episodes from now, so I'd get them out of the way in the next 3 months.
